Stephanie is an early childhood music specialist and musician, as well as a Navy spouse of 16 years. Originally from New Jersey, Stephanie's love of music began as a young child playing Beatles songs on the piano by ear. She attended Ithaca College in New York and graduated with a Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance, followed by a Masters Degree in Piano Teaching from the University of Melbourne in Australia and a Masters in Music Education from Boston University. Realizing her true passion lie in teaching young children, she taught general and vocal music in primary and elementary schools in several states, depending on where her husband's military orders sent her!  She discovered the magic of Music Together^® as a mom bringing her baby son to classes in Norfolk, Virginia and quicky attended teacher training in San Francisco in 2014. Since then, she established a Music Together center in Ebina, Japan, from 2015-2018, taught for centers in Annapolis, MD and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, as well as Washington DC.  Now back in Yokosuka Japan, she is ecstatic to establish Music Together Yokosuka and can't wait to bring the joy of music to families here!
